Jennifer Coolidge is honoured that Saturday Night Live nailed a parody of her during the show's Christmas Episode.
They did a sketch called " Jennifer Coolidge is impressed by Christmas Stuff."
Cast member Chloe Fineman nailed Coolidge's voice and mannerisms to the point Coolidge herself responded.
She wrote
"Wow! A massive thanks to Saturday Night Live!! and to the exceptionally brilliant impressionist @ChloeIsCrazy with your hilarious imitation!! Also, congrats to the new cast members! I know how hard it is to get on that show, I tried my ass off to be one but you actually made it!! What a feat! Happy holidays to you all!!"
Fans are now adamant that Coolidge be given a chance to host the show in the new year, and I gotta agree.
Coolidge has had a long career in comedy and drama with her pop culture icon roles as the original MILF/ Stiflers Mom in "American Pie" and as Paulette in "Legally Blonde."
Her most recent work includes two seasons of the HBO Drama "White Lotus."
But one of my favourite roles of hers was Sophie Kachinsky in the hit comedy "2 Broke Girls."
