Jr. Colts Atom AAA Team Looking to Defend Their Title On Home Ice

The Ontario Minor Hockey Association kicked off the championship tournament March 15th, and last year's champions are hungry for another victory.

The championship tournament consists of five teams.

The Barrie Jr. Colts Atom AAA team are not only the defending champions from the previous season, but also this year's tournament host. The tournament will take place March 15th-17th at Holly Recreation Centre.

The Jr. Colts are heading into the tournament as the 1st place team in the west with a regular season record of 26-3-5. The team played the Halton Hills Hurricanes in their first game and finished with a tie of 2-2.
