It's a small victory for Kim Cattrall fans, as she will be reprising her role as Samantha Jones in the "Sex and the City" reboot.

Variety reports that Cattrall will appear in " And Just Like That…" for a single scene at the end of season 2.

Reports say she recorded the scene alone without having any personal interaction with co-stars, including Sarah Jessica Parker.

The scene is supposed to be a phone call between her and Parker's character, Carrie Bradshaw.

The Samantha Jones character appeared through text only during the first season, as she and Bradshaw occasionally texted after a massive, off-screen fallout years earlier.

In real life, Cattrall had a public falling out with Sarah Jessica Parker, and at one point, Cattrall once said she would not reprise her role as Jones.

She played the popular role from 1998 to 2004 and appeared in two additional movies.

Season 2 of "And Just Like That" premieres on Max June 22. Cattrall's episode airs in August.
