The actress and singer posted a snapshot of a clearly labelled Amazon parcel sitting on the burnt porch of the house.

In her post, she asked, "Can we not have better discretion than to leave a package at a residence that no longer exists? "

Amazon has since reached out to her saying they will investigate what happened.

In a statement to PEOPLE magazine, an Amazon spokesperson said, "We’ve reached out to Ms. Moore via Instagram to apologize for this and to ask for more information from her in-laws so we're better able investigate what happened here."
