The campaign for the horror film franchise has gotten intense, with people dressing like the fearsome trio Pinup Girl, Dollface, and the Man in the Mask.

People have documented the sightings on TikTok, and it's terrifying.

They appear in people's backyards and, in some cases, follow people home.

Viral campaigns like this aren't new for horror movies.

In 2022, the horror film "Smile" had people at public outings and sporting events smiling creepily at the camera.
