Motorcyclist airlifted to hospital following crash in Orillia

A man was airlifted to a Toronto-area hospital with life-altering injuries following a crash between a motorcycle and a pickup truck on Wednesday evening in Orillia.

Around 6 p.m., Ontario Provincial Police say they responded to a crash on Highway 12 at Memorial Avenue.

A 64-year-old Orillia man was taken by air ambulance to hospital for treatment.

The investigation is ongoing.
