Motorcyclist killed in Highway 11 crash in Gravenhurst

A 51-year-old man from Niagara-on-the Lake was killed in a motorcycle crash in Gravenhurst.

Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) says emergency services responded around 3:15 Friday afternoon to a collision involving a motorcycle in the northbound lanes just north of Muskoka Road 169. Police say the bike rider was ejected and did not survive the crash.

OPP closed the northbound lanes of Highway 11 between Muskoka Road 169 and Pinedale Road for the investigation.
