An Innisfil man was charged twice in less than 24-hours for driving without insurance, and the second time was after being involved in a collision, according to South Simcoe Police.
On Saturday around 2:30 p.m., police stopped a car on Reagens Industrial Parkway in Bradford West Gwillimbury and charged the motorist for driving without insurance.
The next day around 11 a.m., police say the same person was involved in a collision that caused significant damage to his car. No injuries were reported.
The 23-year-old now faces two counts of driving without insurance, plus several other driving-related offences.
In a separate incident on Sunday, South Simcoe Police conducted a traffic stop in Bradford and discovered the motorist was driving without a licence or insurance.
Turns out, this was becoming a bad habit.
Last month, the same driver was charged by police in Barrie for not have the proper documents.
In this latest case, police say the car was towed from the road and a 25-year-old Bradford man was charged.
