Motorist charged with impaired in Highway 400 crash had child in car

Driver was three times over the legal limit

OPP say a 45-year-old motorist who was charged with impaired driving in a single-vehicle crash on Highway 400 had a five-year-old passenger in the vehicle.

Police say the car hit a median wall and went into the ditch at County Road 88 in Bradford.

They say the driver was three times over the legal limit.

Both occupants sustained minor injuries.
