Provincial police say they have charged one person with weapons-related offences after responding to a "dispute" in Muskoka Lakes Township.
Last night around 7 p.m., Bracebridge OPP officers attended to an address on Doherty Road.
"One person had allegedly been assaulted," officers wrote in a release Tuesday.
"Upon arrival, officers learned that the responsible party had gone to an outbuilding and had made reference to a firearm which caused the family to be concerned about his well-being."
