Barrie police are reminding residents to check their tires.
The advisory from police comes after a vehicle hit a snowbank and rolled on Big Bay Point Road near Ashford Drive around 11 a.m. Thursday.

The vehicle's tires had no tread, police said in a post on social media.
In an email to Barrie 360, police said there was one occupant in the vehicle.
There were no injuries.
"Reminder that tires with no tread are dangerous in winter conditions," police added in their social media post.
A police communications spokesperson could not confirm if there were any charges laid.
