As the vibrant colours of fall begin to paint Downtown Barrie, the community comes together to celebrate the harvest and the arts in a family-friendly event at Meridian Place.
Our annual Open Air Meridian - Thanksgiving event returns this Saturday, October 12th, offering a full day of music, family art activities, and local delights.
Join us from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday for a memorable Thanksgiving celebration.
Enjoy music and explore hands-on art stations perfect for all ages. Don't miss the last opportunities to shop for fresh, local produce at the Barrie Farmers' Market, open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Whether you're visiting to enjoy a leisurely afternoon, get a head start on holiday shopping, or simply want to soak in the festive atmosphere, this event has something for everyone. Local restaurants, cafes, and shops will also be open, offering seasonal specials to mark the Thanksgiving holiday. Pumpkin spice is in season Downtown!
