OPP probing fail-to-remain involving a pedestrian in Midland

UPDATE (Tuesday, Feb. 14, 11:43 a.m.):

OPP have obtained a photo of a suspect vehicle relating to a fail-to-remain collision in Midland on Friday which left the victim with serious injuries.

Police say a blue full-size pickup truck was travelling north on King Street at 1:22 a.m. on Feb. 10.

Anyone who may have witnessed or has video/dash camera footage of the collision, and has not spoken with police, is asked to contact OPP at 1-888-310-1122.

Southern Georgian Bay OPP is seeking the public's help in solving a fail-to-remain collision involving a pedestrian in downtown Midland which left the victim with serious injuries.

Shortly before 1:30 a.m. on Friday, police received a report of an injured man laying on King Street between the Scotiabank and the Maple Pub.

Investigators say the vehicle being sought was travelling northbound and is described as a newer model Dodge Ram crew cab pickup truck, grey or olive with tinted windows.
