OPP identify Tottenham murder victim; suspect remains in custody

Second-degree murder charge laid

Police have identified the victim of a homicide in Tottenham.

Just before 3:30 a.m. Tuesday, officers from the Nottawasaga OPP detachment were called to a home on Clifford Crescent, arriving to find the body of a deceased woman. She has since been identified as 63-year-old Claudia Ricci of Tottenham.

A 31-year-old man was arrested at the scene and charged with second-degree murder.
