OPP investigating multiple residential overnight Vehicle entries in Collingwood

Collingwood and The Blue Mountains OPP are investigating multiple overnight vehicle entries in a residential neighbourhood in Collingwood.

Wednesday morning, at least three incidents occurred involving an unknown suspect entered vehicles and stole a variety of personal items. Among the items: sunglasses and loose change, and more incidents are believed to be unreported.

This occurred in the area of Gregory Avenue and Cranberry Trail East in Collingwood.

The suspect is described as a white male wearing a face covering, baseball hat, long sleeve shirt, and distinctive plaid shorts.

The OPP is asking residents in the area to check any surveillance systems for suspicious activity during the early morning hours of Wednesday.
