Several gunshots rang out inside a home in Victoria Harbour.
Provincial police say they responded to a residence on Maple Street near Park Street around 11:50 p.m. on Saturday after a 911 call was received about an unknown male who attended the home, fired several rounds from a firearm, and fled the scene.
One person in the home was taken to the hospital to treat minor injuries and then released.
Investigators believe this is an isolated incident and there is no threat to public safety.
Police added that there is no further description of the suspect or the vehicle they left in.
