OPP looking to ID suspect in alleged robbery in Wasaga Beach

Ontario Provincial Police are seeking the public's assistance in identifying a suspect in connection with an alleged robbery at a Wasaga Beach store last Sunday.

Police say on March 24 at around 5:00 a.m., they received a report of a robbery at a business on River Road West.

The individual who is believed to have had a weapon managed to get some cash and fled on foot.

He is described as wearing a black and white motorcycle helmet with googles, motorcycle glovs, a blue and white coat, and black pants.

Anyone who may have witnessed this incident or has video or dash cam footage that may assist the investigation is asked to contact 1-888-310-1122 or Crime Stoppers to remain anonymous at 1-800-222-8477 or www.stopcrimehere.ca.
