Ontario Provincial Police are investigating a suspicious death in Adjala-Tosorontio Township.
On Saturday, around 5:22 p.m., police say officers were called to a residence on Sparrow Way, east of Tottenham, where one person was found dead.
"Preliminary information suggests this is an isolated incident, with no signs of a broader threat," police said in a news release. "Police continue to investigate and are actively monitoring the situation."

Residents can expect to see an increased police presence in the area.
