Orillia OPP seize about $25,000 in drugs

A search warrant was executed at an Orillia residence

Two people face multiple drug charges after OPP executed a search warrant around five Friday morning at a residence in Orillia.

Police say they seized the following:

·        Cocaine packaging

·        Suspected MDMA - Psilocybin (Mushrooms)

·        Methamphetamine (Crystal MDMA)

·        Digital scale

·        Vacuum sealer

·        Cash

·        Multiple cell phones

A 31-year-old man and a 30-year-old woman, both from Orillia, have been charged with drug-related offences and possession of proceeds obtained by crime under $5,000.

The pair are to appear in court on July 11, 2023.
