2 people charged with arson following house fires in same Oro-Medonte subdivision

Orillia OPP have charged two people in connection with a pair of fires that occurred in the same subdivision in Oro-Medonte Township.

Police say between January 20 and February 10, emergency services responded to two residential fires in a new subdivision off of Bass Lake Side Road at Line 3.

Charged with arson and damage to property is a 22-year-old from Brampton and a 40-year-old from Kitchener.
