Beloved Actor Paul Sorvino has passed away at the age of 83.
His publicist says the "Goodfellas" actor passed away due to natural causes at the Mayo Clinic in Florida.

In films, Paul Sorvino played the tough guy, including Paulie Cicero in Martin Scorsese's "Goodfellas" and N-Y-P-D sergeant Phil Cerreta on "Law & Order."
His daughter, actress Mira Sorvino paid tribute to her father on Twitter saying;
"My father, the great Paul Sorvino, has passed. My heart is rent asunder- a life of love and joy and wisdom with him is over.
"He was the most wonderful father. I love him so much. I'm sending you love in the stars Dad as you ascend."

He leaves behind his wife Dee Dee , and his children Mira, Amanda, and Michael. He also had five grandchildren.
