A fire in a kitchen at a townhouse unit in Barrie.
Fire crews responded to the blaze at 28 Donald Street around 3:30 Wednesday afternoon.
Fire Chief Kevin White says the blaze was accidental and damage is pegged at $350,000.
One person was taken to the hospital for treatment of smoke inhalation.
The fire was contained to one unit.
