Women's March Muskoka Says The Now-Independent MP is Vulnerable to Blackmail
A letter admitting fault doesn’t seem to be good enough for some.
Tony Clement today posted an open letter on his website, admitting engaging in inappropriate exchanges that crossed lines that he never should have.
Despite this admission of fault, a petition has been established calling for his immediate resignation as the Parry Sound – Muskoka representative. The petition created by the Women’s March Muskoka says he is vulnerable to blackmail.

Clement resigned as Justice critic this week, after it came to light he sent explicit images to what he thought was a receptive individual, leading to an RCMP extortion investigation.
Conservative Party Leader Andrew Scheer yesterday confirmed that Clement is no longer a conservative MP, instead holding his seat as an independent.
