A new summer sandwich is the pickle sandwich.
The tangy sandwich from a Long Island deli, Seven Brothers Gourmet, has been making the rounds on TikTok after this video.

It consists of a diagonally sliced large pickle with the inside hollowed out. Then, you add your meat and cheese.
The video shows a very juicy sandwich due to the pickle, but it looks delicious and low carb.
You can travel to a deli to get it or make one yourself if you can find a pickle big enough.
