Cocina Mexicana has opened its doors on Burton Avenue. It’s a new concept in Barrie, serving ‘all you can eat’ authentic Mexican cuisine. Owners Ricardo Serrano, Veronica Serrano, Ulises Hernandez and Chef Oscar Jimenez source their food from as many local farmers as possible.
Distinguishing itself as the first of its kind in the area, the menu is robust and the selections are on point. It’s the kind of restaurant the whole family can find something on the menu to brag about.
It has a family friendly feel, urban design and vibrant decor. From giant birthday sombreros to mouth watering spicy cuisine and craving crushing delectable desserts – this is the real deal through and through.

We highly recommend ordering the Flautas – 2 tortilla rolled and fried, stuffed with potato, chicken or beef and then topped with avocado and other garnishes. For dessert you may love Pastel 3 leches (dipped cake) or the classic donas (donuts).
