Backlog of orders at cannabis store dealt with
The Ontario Cannabis Store says it’s caught up with the backlog of orders since recreational pot became permissible last month.
Finance Minister Vic Fedeli, noting when you start a new business from scratch there are bound to be bumps in the road, says the OCS is back on a delivery schedule of one-to-three days.
The OCS was deluged with 100,000 orders when it opened, more than the combined orders placed in all other provinces.
Fedeli says he’s been assured by OCS there is now plenty to go around.
