Huronia West OPP is seeking the public's help in identifying the driver of a pickup truck in connection with the defacing of the Pride crosswalk in Wasaga Beach.
The crosswalk was installed just over a year ago on Mosley Street at 39th Street South, and police say there have been several acts of vandalism to this crosswalk since its installation.
On Wednesday, August 10 at 7:51 p.m., police say a driver decided to deface the crosswalk.
"Anyone who decides to commit a criminal offence such as this will be held accountable," police said in a news release on Friday.
