Due to blowing and drifting snow, and white-out conditions, the Township of Springwater has closed the following roads:
- Flos Road 4 W: County Road 27 to 26 m east of Sunnidale Concession 12
- Flos Road 6 W: County Road 27 to Ryther Road
- Flos Road 7 W: County Road 27 to Vigo Road.
- Flos Road 8 W: County Road 27 to Vigo Road. Flos Road 10 W: County Road 27 to Vigo Road.
- Flos Road 11 W: County Road 27 to Twin Pines Drive in Wasaga Beach
- Tiny Flos Townline: County Road 27 to west of Crossland Road
- County Road 92
- Crossland Road
- Hwy 26 - Horseshoe Valley Rd W
Motorists are asked to avoid all non-essential travel in the Township of Springwater today.
Provincial police say roads in Tiny Township are being impacted by snow and blowing snow, resulting in numerous road closures or partial closures due to snowbound vehicles blocking snow-clearing efforts.
Police have listed some of the road closures:
- County Road 27 from Highway 93 to County Road 6
- County Road 6 from Tiny Township to Concession 8
- Tiny Township Concession Road 2 from Dawson Road to Baseline Road
While Town of Innisfil officials say there are multiple temporary road closures in their area as well:
- Big Bay Point Road, from 13th Line to Guest Road (North End)
- 20th Sideroad, from Big Bay Point Road to 9th Line
Drivers are asked to avoid the areas until further notice.
