Robbery Suspect Arrested After Break-Ins Across The Province

Upwards of 35 break-ins across Ontario

Charges have been laid in connection to upwards of 35 break-ins throughout Ontario, including Barrie and Orillia.

Ontario Provincial Police say the same suspect was involved in break-ins to bank branches in Caledon, York, Peel, Toronto, Orangeville, Barrie, South Simcoe, Nottawasaga, Orillia, Collingwood, Huntsville, Bracebridge and Sudbury.

After a thorough investigation, police apprehended a 54 year old suspect from Mississauga.

The suspect was arrested September 20th at a Hotel in White River, approximately 1000 km north of his original location.

Several police agencies across Ontario worked together to identify and apprehend the suspect, who is now in custody and faces a long list of charges including robbery and break and enter.
