Dwayne' The Rock" Johnson is officially back as Luke Hobbs.
But hold onto your heads cause if you are unfamiliar with the world of "Fast & Furious," this might get confusing.
Ever since his brief, post-credit scene in "Fast X" people have speculated Johnsons' return in a bigger capacity for the next film, "Fast X: Part II."
The answer is, sort of.
Johnson will star in an untitled movie that will serve as a lead in for "Fast X: Part II."
It will focus on his character but is not a direct sequel to the 2019 spinoff "Hobbs and Shaw." which starred him and Jason Statham.
Is your head spinning yet? Im sure die-hard "FF" fans can keep up.
In his message, he said, "You guys erupting when Hobbs is revealed at the end in the tag is like a rock concert. It was so f***ing cool; thank you for that incredible reaction."
Johnson and fellow co-star Vin Diesel made headlines for their reported beef in the past, but Johnson says they've worked through it.
"Last summer @vindiesel and I put all the past behind us. We'll lead with brotherhood and resolve - and always care for the franchise, characters & fans we love." he added.
