It's the college reunion we've been waiting for!

Peacock has greenlit a "Community" movie, and its creator Dan Harmon will take the helm in writing the film.

The long-rumoured movie will reunite the students from Greendale Community College and see what they've been up to since 2015.

Joel McHale, Danny Pudi, Alison Brie, Gillian Jacobs, Jim Rash and Ken Jeong are all said to return to their roles.

Some notable names, including Yvette Nicole Brown and Donald Glover, have been left off the return list.

Chevy Chase won't return, which isn't surprising since he left the show in season 5 amid a rumoured feud with Harmon.

His character, Pierce Hawthorne, was ultimately killed off.

Community ran for six seasons between 2009-2015 and followed a seriously odd bunch of students, and they're equally bizarre professors at Greendale Community College

It wasn't easy for the show to survive that long. It seemed like they were always on the brink of being cancelled.

Diehard fans rooted for the series, and they went out on top, bringing us six seasons and around 100 episodes.

No plot details or release date have been announced.
