Santa Claus Parades and Events around Simcoe County

NOTE: This list is a work in progress. As we hear of more parades, we will add them to the list.

NOVEMBER 18

ANGUS - 10 a.m
The parade runs down Mill Street from Peacekeepers Park to the Essa Arena.

BALA - 1 p.m.
The Parade will start in front of The Kee, follow Highway 169, and turn on Burgess, Victoria, and Maple. Free skating follows at the Bala Arena thanks to parade partner, the Township of Muskoka Lakes.

BARRIE - 5 p.m.
**New Route - The parade will begin at Tiffin Street and Lakeshore Drive, travel north on Lakeshore past Centennial Park, up Toronto Street, onto Dunlop Street, heading east past Mary St., Maple Ave. and Bayfield St. at 5 Points, past Meridian Place, ending at Poyntz St.

ALLISTON - 6 p.m.
West on Victoria Street, south on King Street

BRADFORD - 6:30 p.m.
Starting at Bradford & District High School, the parade route will travel south on Professor Day Drive to Holland Street, east along Holland Street to Simcoe Road, and south on Simcoe Road ending at the Bradford & District Community Centre.

NEWMARKET - 11 a.m.
The parade starts at the corner of Eagle Street and Lorne Avenue, proceeds East on Eagle Street to Main Street, and continues North on Main Street to finish at Ontario Street. 

ORILLIA - 5 p.m.
The parade starts on Colborne Street West, turns onto Dunlop Street, then Mississaga Street East to Front Street, ending at Queen Street East.

NOVEMBER 24

HUNTSVILLE - 7 p.m.
The parade travels along Main and King William streets from Lorne Street to the Huntsville Place Mall

NOVEMBER 25

COOKSTOWN - 6:30 p.m.
The Light Up Night Parade starts at Home Hardware and ends at the Library.

GRAVENHURST - 11 a.m.
The parade will travel through historic downtown Gravenhurst.

MIDLAND - 11 a.m.
The parade begins at Little Lake Park and ends at the bottom of King Street.

WASAGA BEACH - 5 p.m.
The parade starts at Dunkerron Avenue and will end at the RecPlex on Mosley Street.

NOVEMBER 26

TORONTO - 12:30 p.m.
**New Route - The Parade will start at Christie Pits, located at 750 Bloor Street West. The new route will proceed east along Bloor Street to Spadina Avenue, then continue south on Spadina Avenue, east on Harbord Street and Hoskin Avenue, then south on Queens Park Crescent and University Avenue, east on Wellington Street, and south again on Yonge Street to Front Street. From there, the Parade will head east on Front Street and finish at the St. Lawrence Market at Jarvis Street.

INNISFIL - 1:30 p.m.
The parade will start at Innisfil Park, head west on Innisfil Beach Road and end on Jans Boulevard.

NOVEMBER 27

WAUBASHENE - 1 p.m.
Pine Street from Hazel Street to Coldwater Road.

DECEMBER 1

BRACEBRIDGE - 6 p.m.
The parade runs along Manitoba Street with a meet 'n greet with Santa at the Festival of Lights afterward at Memorial Park.

DECEMBER 2

STAYNER - 10:30 a.m.
Down Main Street. Line from the Station Park Gazebo parking lot to the Stayner Arena

COLDWATER - 5:30 p.m.
The parade begins on Gray Street and travels down Coldwater Road to the Fairgrounds. Santa’s float will turn onto Mill Street. Santa and Mrs Claus will greet children and hand out candy upstairs at the Coldwater Heritage Mill.

CREEMORE - 1:30 p.m.
Starting at Creemore Legion/Creemore Arena Parking Lot, along Mill Street, Edward Street and Mary Street

WYEVALE - 7 p.m.

DECEMBER 8

MINESING TRACTOR PARADE - 7 p.m.

BEETON - 11 a.m.
Along Main Street

ANTEN MILLS - 1 p.m.
The parade will begin at Laddie Lane and Pinery and make its way through the community.
