Don't count on seeing Sarah Michelle Gellar as Buffy again.
The 45-year-old actress played the famous Buffy Summers in "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" for seven seasons before hanging up her stake in 2003.
In an interview with SFX Magazine, she explained that Buffy's side of the story is complete, but she loves the idea of focusing on a new slayer.
"I love how the show was left: 'Every girl who can have the power, has the power.' It's set up perfectly for someone else to have the power. "
She added that "the metaphors of Buffy were the horrors of adolescence. I think I look young, but I am not an adolescent."
If they ever bring a slayer back to the fold, Gellar has a top choice. She says she would love to see Spiderman and Euphoria star Zendaya take on the role.
Hey.. in every generation, a slayer is born, right? It may be Zendaya's turn.
