Senior seriously injured after being hit by vehicle in Midland

An 80-year-old Midland woman was transported to a Toronto trauma hospital with serious injuries after being hit by a vehicle.

Ontario Provincial Police say the pedestrian was crossing King Street between McMurtry Road and Robert Street in Midland just after noon on Wednesday when they were hit by a vehicle being driven by a 74-year-old Midland man.
