Shannon Doherty says her cancer has spread to her brain.

The former Beverly Hills 90210 star posted an emotional and heartbreaking video on Instagram of her getting ready for radiation treatment.

In the video she is getting fitted for a mask to wear during treatments and she is visibly nervous.

The 52-year-old was first diagnosed with breast cancer in 2015 and went into remission for two years.

In 2020, the cancer returned and was stage 4, which she says has now spread to her brain.

In her post, she explained her current health struggles

"On January 5th, my ct scan showed (the cancer metastisized) in my brain. “January 12, the first round of radiation took place. My fear is obvious. I am extremely claustrophobic and there was a lot going on in my life. I am fortunate as I have great doctors like Dr. Amin Mirahdi and the amazing techs at Cedar Sinai. But that fear…. The turmoil….. the timing of it all…. This is what cancer can look like.”

Several friends and fans have commented on her post offering love and support, along with other cancer warriors and survivors thanking her for her vulnerability during such a tough time.
