Charges laid in Simcoe County drug trafficking investigation

More than a dozen charges have been laid by Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) against a 24-year-old Scarborough man in connection with an investigation into alleged drug trafficking in Simcoe County.

OPP say search warrants were executed on the man's residence and vehicle, seizing firearms, cocaine and cannabis.

The accused was held for a bail hearing on Wednesday.
