What better way to show your support than with a sweet treat? This week, purchase a Smile Cookie from any Tim Hortons and the full dollar will go to support local charities or organizations. Here in Barrie, that means Royal Victoria Hospital and Hospice Simcoe.
Smile Cookie Week kicked off today with a media event that saw a number of local radio and TV personalities, including Kool FM’s Dale and Charlie, and Rock 95’s Craig and Cat, decorate their very own Smile Cookies. Tim Horton’s store owners from around the region were also there to judge the creations and it must have been tough deciding on winners with masterpieces like Craig’s Slash-inspired cookie.
Smile Cookie week runs from September 16th to 22nd and 100% of the proceeds will go to support the RVH, along with Hospice Simcoe. What are you waiting for? Get a smile, give a smile!
