Huronia West OPP are continuing the investigation into a fatal head-on motor vehicle collision that occurred on County Road 90 west of Townline in Springwater Township.
On Sunday, August 28, 2022 at 3:40 p.m., the Huronia West OPP responded to a head-on multi-vehicle motor vehicle collision that occurred on County Road 90 west of County Road 27.
The collision involved three motor vehicles.
As a result of the collision, two of the drivers were transported to medical facilities by Ornge air ambulance for medical attention.
On September 3rd, one of the involved drivers later succumbed to their injuries as a result of the collision.
Police are asking the public's assistance in this investigation.
Any person with information or anyone who may have dash cam video from County Road 90 west of Townline between the hours of 3:20 p.m. and 3:45 p.m. is encouraged to contact the Huronia West OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
