Surveillance Images Released As Barrie Police Probe Thefts

Bikes, Tires and Rims Taken in Separate Crimes

Barrie Police have released some images over the long weekend, as investigators try to cross some September thefts off their to-do lists.

The first one was back on September 10th; police saying some criminal masterminds broke into a garage on Looker Drive, then made off with three bikes.

Two Suspects Caught on Camera, Reportedly Stealing Bikes from a Looker Drive Home

The bicycles are described as;

  1. Ghost SE 29/ 48, serial number WCR1249186H.
  2. NORCO Bike Storm 9.1 17, Blue/ Red/ Black Small, serial number AJ60721302.
  3. No description or serial number available at this time.

Meanwhile, officers are looking for a suspect driving a white truck, after some tires and rims were lifted right off a dealership lot. It happened September 23rd, around 1:00 in the morning, security cameras show a white truck pulling up to the Georgian Chevrolet dealership on Barrie View Drive. The tires and rims were stolen right off a parked vehicle.

The suspect vehicle is described as;

  • White, pick-up truck
  • Black accents on the front hood
