Ted Lasso is heading to the White House to have biscuits with the President.

Well... sort of.

Jason Sudeikis and the rest of the cast of the hit Apple TV+ show will meet with president Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden today with mental health and well-being as the focus.

Cast mates Hannah Waddingham, Jeremy Swift, Phil Dunster, Brendan Hunt, Toheeb Jimoh, Brett Goldstein, Cristo Fernandez, Kola Bokinni, Billy Harris and James Lance will join Sudeikis to discuss the importance of mental health support.

Mental health has been an ongoing storyline in the series as the main character sought therapy to manage his panic attacks.

A statement from Apple says, "Ted Lasso has inspired the world through its universal themes around optimism, kindness, and determination, and the Lasso philosophy to 'believe."
