A 16-year-old, with just a G2 licence, has been charged with Dangerous Driving Causing Bodily Harm in a collision early Monday morning near Dean Avenue and Country Lane in Barrie.
Police say a vehicle carrying multiple passengers was being driven at excessive speed along Country Lane when the collision occurred.
