A man's vehicle test drive was failure.
On Friday, around noon, Barrie police say they clocked a northbound vehicle travelling 108 km/h in a posted 60 km/h zone on Essa Road, south of Salem Road.
A 27-year-old man from Beeton was charged with stunt driving, which carries a 30-day licence suspension and a 14-day vehicle impoundment. He was also charged with speeding and failing to surrender his licence under the Highway Traffic Act.
"Barrie police remind motorists to slow down and adjust driving to the road and weather conditions," police said in a news release.
