
A Connecticut State Senator is tired of wasting his time at the movie theatres with the excessive amount of commercials, so he's taken matters into his own hands.
Senator Martin Looney has introduced a bill that would make theatres disclose the true start time of a film once all the commercials and PSA's have played.
