Reports say that Tom Sizemore's family is "deciding end-of-life measures" after the actor suffered an aneurysm earlier this month.
The 61-year-old "Saving Private Ryan" actor has been in a coma since suffering a stroke and aneurysm on February 18.
In a statement from Sizemore's manager, doctors informed the family that "there is no further hope" and they are currently deciding on "end of life matters."
"We are asking for privacy for his family during this difficult time, and they wish to thank everyone for the hundreds of messages of support and prayers that have been received," the statement said.
More information will be released on Wednesday.
Sizemore has a long Hollywood career, appearing in blockbusters films such as Pearl Harbor, Natural Born Killers, Saving Private Ryan, Heat, and Black Hawk Down.
