The TTC is investigating an "incredibly ill-advised" train surfing incident that happened on Line 3, Scarborough Rapid Transit system.

The video posted on Canada Day by ChaseTO shows two masked individuals with Canadian flags on the roof of a moving subway train.

After going for a ride, the two jump off and flee as the train enters a station.

The video was also posted on YouTube, with the description saying "celebrating the greatest country on earth by surfing trains in my home city. Happy Canada day"

"These incidents are taken seriously and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law," TTC wrote in a tweet. "Dangerous and inconsiderate, to say the least."
