After a two-year hiatus, the Troubadour Festival makes its return to downtown Barrie.
The event takes place from Friday, June 24, to Saturday, June 25, at Meridan Place.
Performers include Dwayne Gretzky, Dylan Sinclair, recently named one of Apple Music and Complex’s R&B Artists to Watch for in 2022, and Canada’s reigning couple of Celtic fiddle, Natalie MacMaster and Donnell Leahy.
This year, the festival will feature an Artisan Village on the grounds, organized by The Sonder Market, with various vendors.
Muskoka Brewery has also partnered to present the Troubadour Bar.
It’s located close to Dunlop Street and will have various Muskoka Brewery beverages.
Homestead Artisan Bakery will be offering sandwiches, and pizza from Jimmy Chews will be available inside the festival gates.
“Troubadour Festival is a relaxed, family-friendly music festival that draws people from all over Ontario to enjoy world-class singer/songwriters, amazing entertainers, and great live music,” as stated on their events page.
