Two Bradford men have been found guilty in a string of drug store robberies in Bradford and York Region in late 2016 early 2017.
Twenty-eight-year-old Robert Collings convicted of five of six robberies along with numerous drug charges including several counts of possession, possession for the Purpose of Trafficking, and trafficking. Cole Boardman, age 23, was convicted of one Bradford robbery and robbery with a weapon as well as numerous drug charges including several counts of possession, possession for the purpose of trafficking, and trafficking.
Fentanyl, cocaine, heroin and hydromorphone were involved. Police claim to have seized a wide variety of other narcotics too.
Six pharmacies were held up in Bradford and York Region – two in
Bradford happened on October 16 and 31, 2016 the others in December 2016 and January 2017 in York Region.
The pair will be sentenced April 11.
