Vaughan Shooting Claims the Life of a Tottenham Man
Three Teens In Custody, Fourth Suspect Sought
A Tottenham man is dead following a shooting at a plaza in Vaughan.
York Regional Police say three teenagers are in custody, after the sound of gunshots brought first responders to a Steeles Ave plaza around 8:00 Friday night.
The 49-year-old victim, identified by police as Behget Tom Eyup, was found at the rear of the plaza, suffering from gunshot sounds. He succumbed to his injuries on scene.
Three suspects were arrested shortly after, while investigators believe there was a fourth suspect involved. That person is being urged to find a lawyer and turn themselves in.
