Wanted federal offender known to frequent Barrie

News release - Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement Squad

The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public's assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of a breach of their Statutory Release. 

Nathan Herman is described as a mixed-race-Black/Caucasian male 55-years-old, 5'7" (173cm), 200lbs (91kg) with brown hair and brown eyes. He also has two tattoos:

  • Right upper arm - Boxing gloves with wings
  • Left upper arm - "Ashley"

Herman is serving a 2-years, 3 months sentence for:

  • Possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking
  • Unauthorized possession of a prohibited weapon
  • Possession of a weapon contrary to a prohibition order
  • Possession of a fraudulent identity document

 The offender is known to frequent the Kitchener - Waterloo area, as well as Barrie and London.
