Security footage shows her pulling up to the bank in a cab, and she very clumsily places his corpse in a wheelchair and wheels him into the building.

Reports say the woman then forced her uncle's hand to sign the papers.

The teller said the man's colour was off; he wasn't saying anything, even though the niece kept speaking to him as if he were alive.

Cops were called in, and the man was identified as a 68-year-old man who'd died several hours earlier.

His niece says she didn't know he was dead.

She could face charges of fraud, embezzlement, and abuse of a corpse.
